FISHING FUNDRAISER
OCTOBER 25, 2025
The cost is $15 per person, which includes fishing from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Meal tickets are available for lunch for $10.
You can arrive and fish anytime between 8am and 4pm. If you purchase a lunch ticket, you can pick up your lunch plate between 12:00-1:00 in our Dining Hall.
Our camp store will be open throughout the day to purchase snacks, drinks, and Camp Kaleo merchandise.
We will also have a place for you to be able to give additionally. Camp Kaleo is a 501(3)(c) so all donations are tax deductible.
Rules:
- Our liability waiver must be filled out prior to the event.
- You can only fish from the banks of the lake. No boats. No fishing from structures, such as our bridge, rope swing platform, or worship center.
- No fishing license is required.
- Anyone under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Please keep a maximum of 3 fish. All others need to be released. Ice will be available for coolers for $2.
- Camp Kaleo is a tobacco and alcohol free campus. These substances are not permitted.
Women in the Woods
A retreat for women to gather, unplugged, with other women for worship, small groups, and outdoor activities. Our first session will be Friday evening with worship and speaker, and we will conclude the evening with a bonfire.
Saturday will begin with a time of breakfast, worship, and round table studies and discussions. Following lunch will be a time to participate in some of the outdoor activities Camp Kaleo has to offer, such as our hiking trails, canoes, tree climbing, and more. Or you can use the time to sit in our rocking chairs and spend time with the Lord or fellowship with other women. We will conclude our evening with dinner, worship, and a final message.
Our theme for the weekend is 'Thirst No More' coming from John 4:13-14. We want to find our satisfaction in Christ.
Lodging is available for women that want to stay the night. We will also have a commuter rate for anyone not wanting to spend the night. If you are bringing a group, please email us to let us know so we can arrange your group in the proper lodging.
Individuals are welcome to come as well as any women's ministry.
