What can we expect to encounter at Camp Kaleo?

Clean facilities, good food, and friendly service that provides the ideal environment to unplug for your retreat.

What is your pricing plan?

Pricing is dependent on the type of lodging requested, number of meals requested, and activities requested. When inquiries are received, we can create an approximate price per person for groups.

Do you accept credit cards?

We do accept credit cards. There is a 3.5% processing fee for all credit card payments.

Will other groups be on site during my stay?

Yes, our facilities are able to accommodate several groups at the same time.

What type of beds do you have?

Most beds are twin XL. If renting the cottage or lodge, queen size beds are available.

Are linens provided?

If staying in the cottage, lodge, or guest rooms, all linens are provided. If staying in the cabins, no linens or pillows are provided.

Is smoking or alcohol allowed?

We are a tobacco free, alcohol free, and weapons free campus. Violators incur a $250 fine.

Do guests need to bring extra money for any reason?

Yes, the Camp Store offers snacks, drinks, and souvenirs.

When are meal times?

Breakfast is served at 8am, lunch at 12pm, dinner at 6:00pm.

Are facilities available to us if would we like to make our own meals?

The lodge or cottage have full kitchens in them. Use of our commercial kitchen is not available.

Do you provide gluten, dairy, or vegetarian options?

Yes, we provide gluten, dairy, and vegetarian if notified in advance.

Do you provide audio/visual and meeting room equipment?

Yes, we provide large TV's with HDMI hookups, chairs, and podiums. Electronic keyboards, sound systems, and projectors are available to rent for an additional cost.

Do you provide laptop computers for the presentations?

We do not provide those.

Do you provide Wi-Fi?

All of our buildings except the missions buildings and cabins are equipped with wi-fi.
