Boy & Girls (Grades 3-12)
How To Register: To register online, select the date that you wish to attend. You'll be taken to the registration page. Be sure to fill it out completely. You will be asked to download and complete a medical history form for each camper. This is for the protection and safety of your child. Cost is $425 per week (canteen included). Our 6-day camp is $515.

Staff Training & Enrichment Program (STEP) (ages 15-17)
We are launching our first ever STEP program. This 'Counselor-in-Training' program is designed for high school aged boys that want a taste of what is like to be a Camp Kaleo staff member.
Campers will have the opportunity to serve in various jobs and roles during their training, but also engage in various activities and discipleship opportunities, ultimately having a different experience than a traditional camper session. To cap off the training, campers will embark on a weekend adventure camping trip. STEP is meant to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and abilities to be successful at Camp Kaleo, and in their Christian journey.
STEP is a 2-week program from June 8-19, 2026. It is not a requirement that STEP participants be former campers. This is open to those with no camp experience at all.
The cost for the program is $500.

How many parents/guardians are needed for Bring a Grown-Up to Camp Weekend?
A group of up to 3 kids may be accompanied by one parent/guardian of the same gender.
Will boys & girls do the same activities?
Boys and girls will do some activities separate and some as a group.
When should we arrive for Bring a Grown-Up to Camp Weekend?
Check in is 3-4 PM on Friday and dismissal will be 2 PM on Sunday.
Should we come to Bring a Grown-Up to Camp Weekend?
Yes!! This is both a good taste of overnight camp for younger campers and a great experience for parents/guardians and their kids. Come and have a lot of fun and make some memories.

When are camp fees due?
Fees are due 2 weeks prior to each week that your child is registered for camp.
Is there a deposit?
There is a $75 deposit due at booking. It can be paid with a credit card or mailed in check.
Do you have family discounts for Camp Kaleo?
Families with multiple children attending get a $10.00 discount per child.
Can my child come more than once during the summer?
Children may attend more than one week!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION & WHAT TO BRING
We are excited to have everyone coming to Overnight Adventure Camp at Camp Kaleo and we hope
your kids are excited too! Here is some helpful information to make sure you are ready.
- Please pay balance before arrival or be prepared to pay at check-in on Monday. We accept cash,
checks, and credit cards. (There is a 3.5% processing fee for cards).
- There will be a table set up at the Administration Building where you must check in. There will
be a lice check for everyone at check in.
- Each camper who brings money will turn it into Kaleo during check-in and they will have a store
card reflecting how much they have to spend. Any purchases during the week will be marked off
of their card. Kaleo branded merchandise ranges from $2-30. Anything left at the end of the
week will be returned at check-out in cash. Canteen (snack time) is included in registration fee.

Packing List for Overnight Adventure Camp:
- Bible
- Closed-toe shoes
- Clothes for a week
- Refillable water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
- Swimsuit (girls: one-piece or tankini)
- Towel (for showers and pool)
- Backpack to keep stuff together
- Sleeping bag (even if you send bedding, a sleeping bag is needed for campout night)
- Pillow
- Toothpaste, soap/bodywash, shampoo, deodorant, any other needed toiletries
- Any medications (to be turned into camp nurse unless otherwise specified by parent - i.e.,
EpiPen)
- Shoes ok to get in the lake
